Group Dinner and Viewing Party | 6:00 – 8:30 PM
Meet in the Lobby of the Le Meridien Vienna at 5:45 PM to walk to Wiener Rathauskeller Restaurant
for a casual dinner directly across from the Eurovision Song Contest viewing area
at Rathausplatz (Town Hall Square).
6:00 PM – Dinner at the Wiener Rathauskeller Restaurant - Each person will pay individually for their own meal.
No Registration or RSVP is needed — if you would like to join, simply meet us in the hotel lobby or at the restaurant.
Monday, May 18th
Biennial Meeting Banquet | 6:00 - 9:00 PM | Heuriger Mayer am Pfarrplatz
Meet in the lobby of the Le Méridien Vienna, where a private bus will depart at 5:30 PM to take guests (not attending the Palace tour)
to the Biennial Meeting Banquet. The Banquet is hosted at a traditional wine tavern, Mayer am Pfarrplatz.
Companion Program
Registration for the Companion Program is required for guests of attendees to attend the Welcome Reception, Biennial Meeting Banquet,
and daily breakfast. Companion registration is required at additional cost.

Enjoy a special lecture on the life and work of Viennese artist Gustav Klimt, one of the most influential figures of the
Art Nouveau movement. The presentation will explore his iconic style, artistic legacy, and lasting connection to Vienna’s rich cultural history.
Monday, May 18
Visit Viennese Gift & Specialty Shops
Companions are invited to explore a selection of Vienna’s most beloved specialty shops, beginning and ending at Le Méridien Vienna.
The route includes stops for historic crystal and glassware at Lobmeyr, classic Manner wafers
near Stephansplatz, and handmade Augarten porcelain. Add an optional visit by taxi or public
transit to the Original Vienna Snow Globe Museum for those who would like to see
one of Vienna’s most charming, handcrafted souvenirs.
Tuesday, May 19
Café Culture
The meeting ends at 11:00 AM, making this the perfect opportunity to enjoy one of Vienna’s iconic cafés before departing.
Noteworthy cafes include Demel, Café Sacher, Café Central, and Café Landtmann.
