Ned Amendola, MD, is the Virginia Flowers Baker Distinguished Professor of orthopedic surgery, Department of Orthopedic Surgery, Director of Sports Medicine, and Chief Medical Officer in the Athletic Department at Duke University. Past President of the Canadian Academy of Sports Medicine , the American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine, and is currently the Vice President of the American Academy of Orthopedic surgeons.
