Reservation deadline: May 10, 2027, at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out before the deadline.
After this date, reservations are subject to availability and prevailing hotel rates.

Rates are based on single or double occupancy. The following additional charges apply:
- Hotel occupancy fee: 10% of the nightly room rate, plus applicable taxes.
- Room tax: Currently 14.62%, applicable to the room rate and occupancy fee.
- Housekeeping gratuity: $5 daily.
- Porterage: $17 per guest, round trip.
Extend or Upgrade Your Stay
The group rate is available up to three days before and three days after the meeting,
subject to availability in the contracted room category at the time of your request.
Please contact the hotel if your preferred dates are unavailable through the booking link
or if you wish to upgrade your room at 435-604-1300.
Deposits and Reservation Changes
A refundable deposit equal to the first night’s room rate and taxes is required when your reservation
is confirmed. Fourteen days before your individual arrival date, a nonrefundable deposit equal to the
remaining nights’ room rates and taxes will be charged to the credit card on file.
Name changes and substitutions are permitted without penalty. Guests are responsible for their room charges,
taxes, applicable fees, and incidentals.
Parking
- Overnight valet parking: $30 per vehicle per night, reduced from $60.
- Day parking: $20 per vehicle.
Parking charges are billed to your room.
Arrival and Departure
- Check-in: 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out: Noon
All times are local (Mountain Time Zone). Early check-in is subject to room availability.
Late departures may incur a charge of 50% of the room rate until 3:00 p.m. and 100% thereafter.
Complimentary luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out.
Spa and Wellness
Herodicus guests are eligible for a 10% discount on spa treatments, provided a minimum of 10 appointments
are completed by the group. The discount excludes retail purchases and promotions. Please identify yourself
as a Herodicus Society attendee when arranging your appointment and confirm the applicable discount and
charges with the spa.
Spa cancellation policy: Missed appointments or appointments canceled within 14 days of the
scheduled service will be charged 100% of the service price, plus a 22% spa service fee.
Overnight guests receive complimentary access to the fitness center and select wellness classes.
