Annual Meeting Hotel

DTR will require one night’s deposit in the form of a credit card at the time of reservation. If a reservation is made within 14 days of arrival, full payment is due and earned at the time of reservation. After a deposit is received, confirmation will be sent via email.

Nightly rates are subject to additional taxes and fees, currently 7.5%, plus a $25.00 per day, per bedroom Ranch Fee which includes parking and access to Wi-Fi, year-round outdoor heated pool and hot tub, hiking trails, fitness center, steam room, dry sauna, business centers, library, game room with mini bowling alley and evening movies in theater. Access to amenities and hours of operation are subject to change. Taxes are subject to change without notice. An $8.00 Porterage Fee will be charged per person for baggage handling roundtrip.

The above quoted rates are based on room types, size and arrival/departure pattern outlined in the above Room Block. Any changes may result in a rate change. Lodging outside of Room Block including additional accommodations are based on availability and at prevailing rates. Accommodation types include lodge rooms, suites, cabins and private homes.

Each additional adult above the double occupancy outlined for each unit will be charged $50.00 per night. Maximum occupancy may not be exceeded, and additional beds in overnight accommodation may not be requested.

Cancellations

Reservations cancelled within 14 days will be charged the full rate for all nights. There is a $100.00 per accommodation fee for all cancellations made prior to 14 days of the arrival date.

All reservations booked within the Room Block must be made using a DTR reservationist. Any reservation made through a third-party booking engine will not count towards the Herodicus Room Block. No shows, late arrivals and early departures will be charged to the individual at the Guestroom Rate(s) for that accommodation.
