Custom Hat Pop-Up Shop
5:00 - 9:00 PM | Monday, July 8th | Axel's Pavilion
Make a hat as unique as you are! Choose from a selection of felt cowboy hats and fashion fedoras,
customize the fit with on-site shaping, mold the crown and brim to your liking. Custom-cut the
brim to your preference for a unique way to change the look of any hat. Add a new hat band,
a feather (or 4) and branding of your choice (your initials, a date, etc.).

50th Meeting Celebration & Dinner
6:00 - 9:00 PM | Monday, July 8th | Axel's Pavilion
The celebration is a family friendly BBQ with everything from a pig roast to s'mores over the firepit.
Cocktails start at 6:00pm, followed by a few words on the 50 Years of Herodicus and a toast to the
Founding Members. Dinner is served at 7:00.
The venue is the beautiful outdoor Axel's Pavilion, and the attire is casual, so bring layers as it
can cools off after the sun sets. Children welcome.
Annual Meeting Reception & Banquet
6:00 - 10:00 PM | Tuesday, July 9th | High Lonesome Barn
Cocktail reception begins at 6:00 PM, dinner will be served at 6:45 PM, Banquet program to begin around 7:30pm.
Attire is evening wear or evening-western wear, please note, the cocktail reception is outdoors so please dress
appropriately. Not suitable for young children.
If you are bringing your spouse or a guest to the 50th Herodicus Society Annual Meeting, please register them for
the Companion Program.
Registration for the Companion Program includes the Welcome Reception, Annual Reception & Banquet (not suitable for young children),
breakfast each morning, a daily morning walk, and the opportunity to register for group activities.
$350 per adult / $250 per child (under 12yrs) : Registration for the Companion Program should be made at the same time as the member’s registration.

Enjoy the Devil’s Thumb breakfast with the other companions in a private dining area.
Herodicus group activities and companion program activities are offered by the Ranch this year.
You will need to sign-up for activities with the Ranch rather than on the Herodicus website.
The Devil's Thumb Ranch (DTR) is offering a modified Activities Schedule
during our stay to accommodate our meeting schedule. Please call or email the Ranch to sign up for those activities or make spa appointments.
Activities are typically reserved for Devils Thumb Ranch overnight lodging guests only; however, ALL guests of the Herodicus Society Annual Meeting may reserve activities at DTR.
Meeting registration includes a separate fee of $200 (per member) as a credit toward activities and spa experiences at DTR. The $200 credit will be deducted from your activities and spa total.
The $200 activities credit will not be refunded if not used as this is a Herodicus Society commitment to the Devil’s Thumb Ranch.
Reservations for activities and spa experiences are required.
DTR guests can reserve activities & spa experiences by contacting the Devils Thumb Ranch and adding them to your lodging confirmation number.
IMPORTANT!! If you are NOT staying at the Devil’s Thumb Ranch…
Please email activities@devilsthumbranch.com to make your activities reservation.
You will need to include your first and last name, number of people in your group, the activity, desired date/time, and that you are with
the Herodicus Society and are staying off-property. DTR may require a credit card to hold reservations for off-property guests of the Herodicus Society.
